Merchandise without a receipt will receive a store credit or exchange only.
Returned Merchandise with a Receipt:
Gift certificates can be used for purchase of merchandise and labor only.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that We use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. When the shipping label for your order is created, your email address will be entered so that you may receive an email from the carrier with tracking information.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Rates for complete bikes are calculated after boxing and prior to shipping.
Shipping rates* for soft goods and small items are via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are:
$9.50 for small package, $16.50 for medium size package, $35 for large package
