All frames and forks are made in Taiwan by a frame maker I've worked with for over 20 years.

Sorry, no, frames arrive to me painted and ready to ship.

All frames arrive to me with the head tubes and bottom brackets chased and faced prior to painting. I general don’t face the frames as that process was done prior to paint and taking paint off down to bare metal only exposes the bare metal to moisture. If you ask for the frame to be faced, I will face it, but it won’t be done as a general rule. Add "Chase and Face" at checkout if you would like this service performed.

Because of the unique shipping requirements to ship paint (it’s a royal pain in the butt to send paint) and the fact touch-up paint dries up in no time, no. Paint chips, to me, are battle scars that are worn proudly. If you really need to cover up a chip/scratch, it’s likely a hobby shop will have something close or there may be a fingernail polish that will work too. Do an internet search for touch-up paint. There's some services out there. Find color codes for past frames on the Archived Frame page under the Info tab.

Yes, but provisionally. Get in touch with me through the contact page with your shipping address and the frame you're looking at and I'll get you a quote. International shipping is expensive.

Yes. The price is the same as the price of the frame with the fork and you get a free fork to do with as you wish. Round about way of saying, no. All frames are sold with the fork.
