This is the frame I designed for the type of riding I love. Steel frame that gives back when you put power down, clearance for big road tires, ability to fit fenders for year-round riding, geometry that will get you down the hills fast and be comfortable all day. This frame used to be readily available – in the 1970s and ’80s as a classic steel frame that did it all. Yeah, did it all. You’ve seen the photos of the infamous “Jobst Rides” of the ’70s where Jobst Brandt led a cadre of racers over hill and dale and dirt road and no road and then went on to ride another day. This is the bike I would take on a Jobst Ride.
