Merchandise without a receipt will receive a store credit or exchange only.
Returned Merchandise with a Receipt:
Gift certificates can be used for purchase of merchandise and labor only.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that We use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. When the shipping label for your order is created, your email address will be entered so that you may receive an email from USPS or FedEx with tracking information.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Pacific Time Zone: $30 ($25 within the greater San Francisco Bay Area)
Mountain Time Zone: $35
Central Time Zone: $40
Eastern Time Zone: $45
Rates for complete bikes are calculated after boxing and prior to shipping.
Shipping rates for soft goods and small items via USPS Priority Mail are:
For orders under $50: $8.00
For orders over $50: $13.00 (not applicable to framesets)
Rates are for domestic shipping to the Continental US only.
